Craftsmanship meets technology. We blend hand-cut timber mastery with CNC precision for airtight joinery and visual impact. You’ll see the difference in every beam, notch, and connection.
Low-waste, high-performance solutions. From responsibly sourced wood to environmentally conscious finishes, our timber manufacturing process supports better buildings and a healthier planet.
At Woodpecker, we operate a state-of-the-art facility featuring the Hundegger ROBOT-Drive CNC machine, which is, one of the most advanced timber processing systems available. This fully automated joinery system allows us to fabricate custom timber frame and mass timber components with incredible speed, precision, and repeatability, all down to 1/32 of an inch over 30 feet.
Our CNC capabilities streamline the timber manufacturing process, reduce waste, lower costs, and deliver consistent quality from beam to beam.
The Hundegger ROBOT-Drive joinery machine cuts our timber products using fully-automated software and cutting tools. The drafting team uses CAD technology to design and export 3D models directly to the ROBOT-Drive. Our CNC operator then reviews the 3D model before loading the material to start the cutting process. The ROBOT-Drive advantage is the speed and precision at which the timbers are produced, saving time and cost for each project. It cuts at a precision of 1/32” over 30’!
From concept to completion, we bring clarity, care, and craftsmanship to every project. With over 20 years of experience in timber frame services and mass timber construction, we’re built for results you can count on.
