From Engineering Coordination to Fabrication

As a vertically integrated timber manufacturer, we connect design support, engineering coordination, drafting, and fabrication within one process. This helps improve communication, reduce delays, and ensure each timber package is designed for structural performance, architectural intent, efficient fabrication, and smooth installation.

Before production begins, working drawings are reviewed and approved by both our engineering team and the client, so details are confirmed before any timber is cut.

Site Measurements

When possible, we begin with detailed on-site measurements using a total station to ensure timber frame and mass timber components fit existing site conditions. If site measuring is not possible, we work from client-supplied architectural drawings and carefully verify details before production.

Drafting & 3D Modeling

Using Cadwork 3D drafting software, we create detailed digital models of each timber structure. These models integrate with Cambium software and our Hundegger ROBOT-Drive CNC machine, allowing design details to move directly from model to precision-cut timber components.
