We’re hiring a Structural Engineer to support our growing mass timber and timber frame projects across Alberta and BC. You’ll collaborate with architects, contractors, and our fabrication team to design safe, efficient, and sustainable structures.

Woodpecker Timber is looking for a skilled Timber Framer to join our shop team. You’ll work with mass timber and heavy timber components, from cutting and joinery through to assembly. Precision and attention to detail are key, as every piece is custom-fabricated in-house before heading to site.

We’re based in beautiful Bow Valley. Most of our work is done on-site at our timber facility or in the field for installations across Western Canada. Being local is ideal, but we welcome applicants willing to relocate or travel for project-based work.
Not necessarily. While experience is an asset, we’re always looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and an appreciation for working with wood. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
