Project Details

European northern spruce was selected for the beams and rafters, finished with fine sanding and a dark stain to contrast the lighter timber elements. The layout uses three staggered cubes to increase openness and daylight. The building envelope was constructed using a prefabricated panel system with 8-in wall cores and a 12-in roof assembly, enabling rapid construction.
