Built into the mountain slope, this project posed a unique challenge, requiring four levels to accommodate 3,500 square feet of tiered space.
The design featured a traditional timber frame complemented by custom prefabricatedEnerficient wall panels, which are wood-fiber insulated and VOC-free. This approach ensured superior quality while reducing on-site construction time through efficient pre-fabrication.
