SHARK

This project stands out for its complex design, featuring no right angles, and compound/miter cuts on every timber frame member. With a minimalistic layout of 600 sq ft on the main floor and 350 sq ft of loft space, it is both economical and efficient. The envelope was constructed using the Enerficient Panel System—an in-house designed, moisture-permeable yet airtight system made from sustainable, off-gassing-free materials.
