This project featured primarily decorative timber elements. Due to timing and project deadlines, the trusses and beams were installed after the roof framing, a process that proved both challenging and time-consuming, increasing costs. To streamline this, we typically install interior timbers—decorative or not—before the roof framing. By maintaining close communication with the builder and framers, we ensure a beautiful result is achieved within a tight timeline.
