BRAGG CREEK RESIDENCE

A truly distinctive project, featuring a main living area and kitchen housed in a 360-degree circular structure, 42 feet in diameter, with no central support. Spanning 4,200 square feet, the design includes a low-sloped roof with a 14-degree pitch (3/12) and windows encircling the space, presenting a unique structural challenge.

The walls and roof were built using custom-fabricated, wood-fiber insulated panels, offering R40 insulation for the walls and R60 for the roof. The goal was to create a healthy indoor environment with no off-gassing, using pre-fabricated panels crafted in a controlled shop setting to ensure top-notch quality while minimizing on-site construction time.
