Project Details

Cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels are used for the wall assemblies, providing load-bearing capacity, dimensional stability, and inherent airtightness. Select panels remain exposed, including a feature wall with integrated LED lighting. The main living area incorporates contrasting rafters over the kitchen and living space, adding definition to the volume while maintaining a consistent structural language throughout.
