Project Details

The structure combined European spruce glulam and CLT panels with locally sourced Douglas fir timbers. Woodpecker fabricated and installed all timber and mass timber components. The building maintains stable indoor temperatures with minimal conventional heating and cooling demand. A key feature is an engineered moment connection utilizing epoxy and concealed threaded rod rather than exposed steel hardware.
