Project Details

The project included a 6,300 sq ft restaurant and entry canopy constructed as full structural timber frames with in-house-designed trusses. The canopy roof utilizes CLT panels, while the broader complex incorporates both structural and decorative timber elements, primarily solid-sawn kiln-dried timber with glulam used where additional capacity was required. Work involved coordinating multiple trades, adapting to existing conditions, and maintaining hospitality construction timelines on a constrained hillside site.
